HEALTHY FOODS FOR SUMMER

Dear Viewers,                                                                                                                             Nowadays its been very hot in various parts of the country, it would be good if I could share my views and opinions on various eatables to be avoided during the summer and even junk & fast foods, aerated drinks etc..  I would like to specifically mention about the pros and cons of various food items as shall start with the food items which you have to avoid and finally about the top eatables for this summer.
Junk food or Fast Food is ain't foods which you obtain or procure from fast food restaurants, street sellers, hotels  etc… it also includes foods such as potato chips, lays, fried bakery items. Foods with sugar such as packaged cupcakes, pastry are also junk food. Foods that are very rich in saturated fats, sodium as well as refined sugar mainly provide little amount of nutritional value or sometimes nil . Saturated fats and trans fats, which are mainly found in fast food, gets secreted throughout your body and can lead to increase in fat contents in your blood, and results in high blood pressure, cholesterol etc... These items can also become a part for causing heart disease, chest pain and other diseases. These food items are highly rich in calcium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate and related to salt and these require more enzymes to digest properly but it never gets secreted.
Due to excessive usage of salt in these foods , after consumption once it enters in your body that can result in water retention and this finally lead to BP, Urinary Infection. The body requires a small intake of sodium to function properly, around 2400 milligrams a day. When it exceeds the 2400 milligrams it leads to trouble and serious illness. The kidneys cannot properly convert the excess to waste, resulting in edema and kidney disease. And basically the chips , lays , kurkure etc.. includes large amount of carbohydrates and various foods like mixtures, sweets, cakes are also made with the help of Ajinomoto, which helps the company increase their revenue, but people don’t know its getting addicted.
Refined sugar is slowly associated tooth decay because sugar breaks down calcium. This means excess sugar not only causes cavities, and but also makes decay of tooth very easily. Excess of sugar enters the bloodstream as fatty acids, which the body stores as fat. Eating too much sugar makes you fat. This fatty items is very difficult to burn off and can ultimately result in obesity, heart disease and other health issues.
Though many people enjoy eating junk food , fast foods, soft drinks as it tastes great, the health consequences can be serious, and can results in constipation, urinary problems, kidney issues etc.. and even  as I had mentioned earlier about calcium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate it can lead to crackdown of gall bladder as these enzymes deposits and turns into gall bladder stones. A few examples of foods often considered to be junk food include fast food, sweets such as ice cream, prepackaged treats, soda, and potato chips, tetra pack fruit juices etc…..
Many people skip breakfast or other meals throughout the day, choosing instead to grab a quick snack or a soft drink. In addition, junk food can cause moodiness, and makes it difficult to get enough sleep at night and due to lack of proper sleep tiredness, lazy moods, etc.. arises in the very next day morning
People who eat a lot of junk food tend to gain weight quickly, which can lead to obesity over time this extra weight then has an impact on the health of the rest of the body. Eating junk food and soft drinks can cause one to develop heart strokes, insulin resistance, which is one of the risk factors for diabetes, BP etc…
There are few food items or drinks which i would like to mention are tender coconut which are in red color have huge amount of glucose , Nanari syrup, Lemon Sarbath ,Watermelon juice, Tulasi Tea, Herbal, hibiscus tea, coriander tea, etc…Please try to avoid sugar instead add more honey and jaggery.
