Why oil bath is essential?

There are ‘six’ core pores in the human body. Everyday our cells send out salt, oil and sweat. These excreted items close the pores in our skin. Oil bath and oil
massage opens up these pores. Human body works with the help of cosmic
energy / Life force energy / Universal energy. These 6 core pores are the prime
source to absorb this energy into human body system. Without cosmic energy a
man is dead.

Siddha treatment says that, the traditional oil bath is used to keep bones healthy

Castor oil or sesame oil can be used / combination of both can be used.

1. Avoid Smoking:

Smoking after a meal can increase a person’s risk of cancer.Research from the experts proves that smoking a cigarette after a meal equal to smoking 10 cigarettes.


2. Avoid fruits:

Taking fruits after a meal leads to gastritis problem and stomach swelling. It leads to indigestion. Please take fruits one hour before  or after your food.


3. Avoid tea and coffee:

It delay to digest the proteins.


4. Don't not loose your  belt around your waist:

Loosen belt after a meal will cause the intestine twisted and blocked.


5. Do not take bath:

The reasons are mentioned in the earlier posts.


6. Do not walk and indulge into heavy work:
     After a heavy meal Blood flow is required for food digestion which will be diverted by walking or indulging in heavy work.

7. Do not sleep:

Food that we eat can not be digested well. This will cause the intestinal inflammation and stomach experience.

Nothing is as important as our health!!

Avoid these after taking food

உணவு உண்ட உடனே வேண்டாம் இந்த 7 பழக்கங்கள்!!!
1. புகைப்பிடித்தல்:
உணவு உண்ட பின் புகைப்பிடித்தல் என்பது கிட்டத்தட்ட பத்து சிகிரெட்டை தொடர்ச்சியாக புகைப்பிடிப்பதற்குச் சமம். மேலும் கேன்சருக்கு அதிகளவு வாய்ப்பு.



2. பழங்கள் உண்பது:
உணவு உண்ட உடனே பழங்கள் உண்பதால், வயிறு காற்றினால் பருக்கும். இதனால் செரிமானம் தாமதமாகும். எனவே 1 மணி அல்லது 2 மணி நேரம் கழித்தோ அல்லது உணவு உண்பதற்கு 1 மணி நேரத்திற்கு முன்பு உண்பது நல்லது.



3. டீ அருந்துவது:
தேயிலையில் அதிக அளவு அமிலத்தன்மை இருப்பதால், நாம் உண்ட உணவில் இருக்கும் புரதத்தை செரிப்பதை தாமதமாக்கும்.



4. பெல்டை தளர்வு செய்வது:
உணவு உண்ட உடன் பெல்டை தளர்வு செய்தால் குடல் சுற்று அல்லது ஏற்றம் வாய்ப்பு உண்டு.



5. குளித்தல்:
உணவு உண்ட உடன் குளிப்பதால், இரத்த ஓட்டம் வேகமாக கைகளுக்கும், கால்களுக்கும், உடலுக்கும் செலுத்தப்படும். இதனால் வயிற்றுப் பகுதிக்கு செல்ல வேண்டிய இரத்தத்தின் அளவு குறைக்கப்படும். இதனால் செரிமானம் தாமதமாகும்.



6. நடைப் பயிற்சியில் ஈடுபடுவது:
பொதுவாக நாம் கேள்விபட்டிருப்போம் உணவு உண்ட உடன் நூறு அடி நடந்தால் 99 வயது வரை உயிர் வாழலாம் என்பதுபோல். ஆனால் இது உண்மை கிடையாது. உணவு உண்ட உடன் நடைப் பயிற்சியில் ஈடுபட்டால் நாம் உண்ட உணவில் உள்ள ஊட்டச்சத்துக்கள் நம்முடைய உடலுக்கு கிடைக்காமல் தடுக்கப்படும்.




7. உறங்குவது:
உணவு உண்ட உடன் உறங்குவதால் நாம் உண்ட உணவு செரிமானத்திற்கு தாமதமாகும். மேலும் வாய்வு பிரச்சனைகள் ஏற்படும். குடலில் தொற்று நோய்கள் ஏற்படும்.

DRINKING WATER IN THE EARLY MORNING CAUSES DANGER


When we sleep in the night our body metabolism secretes lot of valuable Enzymes (In Tamil - Neena Neer and Jeeva Neer) and several blood compositions into Spleen and Stomach and Liver. These are more required for immunity power.

Let us have a deep look into the scientifically related issues.
Our Stomach is very thin polythene cover like organ. Stomach secretes lot and lot of Nitric acid and Hydrochloric acid. These two acids play a key role towards food fermentation and digestion. Our Body system digests the food only through fermentation process. There is no mixi and grinder used for digestion.  All we know that, any acid kept in contact with the flesh and muscles harms us. Whereas in Stomach, these two acids are separated by the stuff called mucous gel from the stomach to protect it from external forces. When we take more water in the empty stomach it dilutes these two acids, and in turn converts to toxins which become useless for digestion. It can also disturb the mucous gel due to which it leads to ulcer and acidity.
There is a fluid which will be secreted for lubrication benefits to transfer food from stomach to Large and Small Intestines finally to the Bowl and Anus. Therefore the fluid also will be diluted when we take more water especially in the early morning.

Drinking water in the empty stomach dilutes all the valuable acids and chemical compositions and Moreover it deactivates the fermentation process in the stomach which leads to indigestion. Further it can be a pathway for fourty two (42) types of diseases to get infected..  

Another interesting fact would be that when you consume water in the very early morning, it can lead to decline in the complexion of a person or skin tone etc…

There are three organs such as Liver, Small Intestine and Heart which functions with the help of Temperature (Fire energy). When we sleep in the night normally our body temperature will be normal. Consuming more water reduces the temperature and it cools around each of these organs, but that causes Posterior Cerebellum disorder/Heart Failure. Further it can show various disorders like aggressive behavior, mental disorder as well as psychosomatic disorders.

Never ever consider this as an enforcement, its all up to you to make changes !

I would like to share more facts pertaining to this article, which I received from many people through the means of emails and calls.

Mr.X started drinking plain water in empty stomach right from the age of 14 years till 32 due to constipation problem. But it didn't result in any positive effect on him because of constipation problem he had, but in turn it showed various other side effects.  Recently he started realizing the beauty of siddha treatment. He gained few knowledge about siddha and naturopathy as well as he had undergone treatment for few issues in the past few years. During the time of treatment occasionally Mr.X used to have lot of discussions with his Doctor. As per his routine activities, he consumed water in the early morning and he went to meet the Doctor and asked “ Why am I facing this much turmoil “  In fact It was very surprise for him upon hearing the above mentioned facts.  For more confirmation and satisfaction he just took few suggestions from other doctors. What happened was even they also suggested that drinking water in an empty stomach causes health issues.


Its very important to make a note that, unless and otherwise there is a necessity or hunger we should never feed the body either with food or water foreseeable. Drinking so much water in an empty stomach is one of the forced actions to our body. That itself is bad for health and causes health issues and disorders which I had mentioned already. Our sensory organs and body have got enough intelligence to signal the need of water, food, air, sleep, rest, including sex. If there is no need don’t feed or apply anything to the corresponding organs or parts of the body.

Our digestion system starts with mouth, in our mouth three are three valuable enzymes which had got secreted (two sides on the mouth and one beneath the tongue).  They also secrete amylase, an enzyme that breaks down starch into maltose). If anyone drinks water at a stretch these enzymes may not get into water which you consumed naturally consumed becomes toxicated.

While eating, upon what we concentrate accordingly enzymes will be secreted. So don't be emotionally connected while eating, which stops the digestion process. Be calm and concentrate only towards your food taste and chewing. Just see the miracle of our body system- Every person  will have different blood group like O+,O-,A+,A-,AB+ etc. We all eat the same food but body mechanism converts the same food into different blood composition. Moreover, If we eat food with concentration only then Stomach and Spleen will segregate necessary enzymes [as well jeeva neer and nina neer in tamil] and hydrochloric acid required for digestion.
How we can prove this scientifically?
There is an answer- In front of you anyone brings mango within a fraction of second saliva is produced more. If you feel hungry any food item comes near to you will be tempted more. This shows that our thought and gland functions are more closely connected.



5. While eating mouth should be kept closed. Every time chew properly, saliva to be
mixed fully until food converts to tasteless form.

Consuming more water at the time of taking food causes to dilute the hydrochloric acid in the stomach which may lead to indigestion. No fermentation  (chemical reaction) process happens with food. [Scientifically, we know that any acid is diluted more will not fit for chemical reaction!!!!]


8. Forty Five minutes (45) after bathing do not eat food. After eating food (2 and 1/2) two and half an hour do not take bath. [Body functioning will be proper only at 37 degree Celsius – The above said time duration is required to maintain the body temperature. 9. Water should be taken only when thirst feel arises. Drink slowly sip by sip. [Our stomach is not a pot or vessel to pour much water.]


10. Always advised to drink the water which is kept in the mud pot. two and half an hour is enough to purify the water. This is the best and natural way to purify the water.


11. Do not drink boiled water, bottle (Mineral) water and the water purified by modern instruments.Which takes out all the necessary rich minerals available in the water.

12. Don't use liquidator and mosquito coils.
It seems to be slow poisonous. [Today mosquito dies immediately. whereas, cells in our lungs and respiratory organs will die slowly]

13. Physic work is mandatory.
To maintain the body temperature and its proper functioning physic work/exercise/yoga/jogging/walking is mandatory. Every cell releases the energy and temperature only when physic work happens in our body.

14. Compulsorily 8 hours rest/Sleep is required for better metabolism.
      Even he/she don't feel to sleep, also it is necessary to take complete rest for the 8 hours duration  in  the night for proper metabolism.

15. Live and sleep in the natural air circulated area for inhaling more oxygen.
Every day spare some time near to trees and plants for rich oxygen.Every cell lives with oxygen. A human body system have got 6,000 core cells. Each cell have got membrane and mitochondria. Membrane in a cell acts as a door to take oxygen and glucose/sugar/starch/corbo-hydrate from the blood and discharges all the waste materials into the blood. Whereas, mitochondria is like a stove to burn the oxygen+glucose to release the energy and to convert it into calorie.


16. Avoid Air conditioners. Our body glands will function properly only when our body temperature is maintained 37 degree Celsius.


17. Take 10 minutes to 15 minutes to eat food. Not more than and less than this specified time for better digestion.


18. Do not drink more Tea and Coffee. If any one drinks tea add few(normally 10) drops ghee into it stir and drink.Whereas, along with coffee add little butter into it stir and drink.. This makes you to be healthy.

19. Avoid white sugar. It is almost equivalent to slow poison. Instead jaggery, pure natural honey can be added for food preparation.

20. After urination have some amount of water. It compensates the dehydration process.

21. Always try to sit in suk Asana or padmasana [crossed leg posture]. For proper blood circulation.

It is a very old maxim that "Health is Wealth". A healthy person can work with efficiency to earn wealth. The man who is not having a good health spends lot of money on medicines and doctors. He is never cheerful. Which in itself is a wealth? But we have to take precautions for building up a good health. Healthy body is always dependent on the healthy mind. For maintaining good health we should always be away from the bad habits like smoking, drinking and drug addiction. We should have morning walk regularly, light exercise in fresh air and a stroll after dinner. We should not be jealous of others. We should always take balanced and nutritious diet.
