1. Mix well Banana fruit with butter/sesame oil according to their taste using mixi. Eat every day continuously in the empty stomach until feel better. Eat more pomegranate ( please include the feather like material in yellow color which is little bitter in taste) juice without sugar.
2. Add more methi/fenugreek leaves and manathakkali keerai/leaves.
3. Avoid tamarind and all citrus based fruits.
4. Avoid ground nuts and ground nut oil instead use sesame oil or ghee/butter.
5. Take sembaruthi/hibiscus rosa sinensis Grind well with honey. Take in the empty stomach in the early morning.
